*To receive the 90-day money back guarantee (Guarantee) customer must first have activated a new, primary subscription to SIRIUS Satellite Radio between January 15th and March 31st, 2010. Guarantee is available to all residents of Canada 18 years or older, excluding current subscribers. Subscriber will be provided with instructions on returning the purchased radio at time of cancellation. The radio must be returned with original packaging in both proper working and good physical condition (free from scratches, cracks, and/or other types of physical damage) within the specified period. A refurbishment charge will be applied for physically damaged units. Customer will be refunded subscription fees, the price of the radio, activation fees and taxes, minus shipping charges, any previous credits or rebates applied to subscriber account and cost of any missing radio parts. Refund issued only after return of radio, parts, accessories and receipt. Models SCC1C, SCVDOC1C and SCH1C do not qualify for this offer. Guarantee is limited to one per subscriber. Subscribers having a free evaluation radio and/or subscription are not eligible. SIRIUS is not responsible for packages that are returned without insurance. Cannot be combined with any other offer.
